In order to reserve a time slot, we require a 50% advance payment of the studio rental service cost, including 5% VAT.
The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the booking later than 72 hours before the reservation.

Time is counted from the moment you booked, regardless of when you started takind pictures or setting up the lights. So if you feel like you need more time for any kind of preparation - please book extra hour for this.
If you have a booking for 1 hour only and delayed more than 15 minutes after the end of your booked time - we have to charge for 2 hours.
By reserving a specific number of hours, you agree to pay for that exact number of hours, even if the shoot ends earlier than planned.
The client's tardiness will reduce their studio time. Bookings cannot be canceled or rescheduled due to client tardiness.
Any reasons for cancellation or rescheduling of the booking (including health issues, traffic, weather conditions, etc.) later than 72 hours before the scheduled visit do not warrant a refund of the advance payment.
Damage to any decorations, equipment, flooring, walls, or furniture must be fully compensated for by the client according to the purchase/production price of the damaged property.
Kindly ensure the studio is left in a clean and orderly condition upon the conclusion of the shoot. In case of excessive soiling, we regret to inform that an additional charge of 200 AED will be incurred.
By reserving the photo studio, you agree to all the rules set by the company Fabrica Studios Film Development LLC.
